By accessing our website, tools, and data analytics related to grocery cost optimization in Halifax, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. The Norvorin name, logo, and the specific design language of our Optimization Tools are trademarks of the Company. No license is granted to use these marks without prior written authorization.

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER CANADIAN LAW, NORVORIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that grocery prices displayed on the Physical Store Layout maps will match real-time shelf prices at every Halifax retailer. Inflationary fluctuations and vendor errors are beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Norvorin, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses incurred from Loyalty Program ROI Analysis discrepancies or food waste resulting from Brand Specification errors.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Norvorin in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
